Abstract
The diversity of fungi has been estimated to be over several million worldwide. Also enormous amount of fungal data including genetic, phenotypic resource and reproduction systems have been accumulated. Moreover, mycosis, which is the cause of fungal disease to human, is becoming an important research area because of limitation of medical treatment and medicine to treat patient. Accumulation of high-throughput fungal data resulted in the constructions of fungi databases accessible through internet. Fungi web database exist with various data including genomic sequence, phylogeny analysis results, EST data and so on. To improve existing systems, fungal research needs more specific and dynamical approach.
